Joanna Rogers, MSW, LCSW
Joanna Rogers is the owner and operator of Elevated Life Counseling and the lead clinician. Joanna is a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual and group counseling focused on providing quality care to women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem issues and pregnancy and postpartum challenges. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to get started and make lasting change. Her clients feel connected and empowered to work through their personal struggles when in her office. Joanna thoroughly enjoys helping her clients feel more confident with their emotions and in themselves, overall.
Joanna has 10 years of experience as a therapist providing group and individual counseling to a variety of ages. She has specialized training in maternal mental health and utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps individuals heal from symptoms of emotional distress and life challenges. She is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
When Joanna is not providing therapy, you can find her spending time with her daughter and husband. She loves to spend time outdoors hiking, camping, playing board games or visiting wineries in Palisade. Her family moved from Arizona to Grand Junction in June 2022 to be closer to extended family and raise their daughter in the beautiful Grand Valley. She loves the community and is so happy to have moved here early in her mothering years.

Rebekah Feigh is a licensed social worker and a clinician of Elevated Life Counseling. Rebekah has worked in a wide range of roles over the last decade, from providing direct therapy services to case management, in a wide range of settings from hospice to homelessness. Rebekah is a passionate and genuine therapist who provides individual and couples counseling to adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, identity issues, and difficulties managing a neurodiverse mind. She enjoys helping adults navigate ADHD and embrace their whole self. She also is passionate working with LGBTQ+ individuals navigate trauma and identity struggles. Her goal is to provide a safe space for her clients to learn and effectively reach their goals.
Rebekah has 10 years of experience providing mental health services to a variety of ages and population. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and the CALM method for suicide prevention.
As a woman with ADHD herself, she has been frustrated by the lack of adequate research and resources available for women and girls with ADHD. Rebekah wants to help other women with ADHD get the diagnoses they need, understand how to make their brains work for them, learn to give themselves time to rest, and know how to maintain their physical and emotional health in a world that is not designed to meet their needs.
When Rebekah is not in the office, you can find her with a coffee in hand with her husband and daughter.
