No, we are  an out of network provider and do not take insurance. We accept cash, checks, HSA/FSA, and all other major credit cards.

We can however, provide you with a "superbill" once a month for you to submit to your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed will depend on your insurance plan and you will need to reach out to your insurance provider directly for that information.

There is no specific timeline or direct amount of time for you to reach your goals in therapy. At the beginning of your therapy journey and throughout, we will discuss your specific goals.

Three important factors do play an important part in treatment progress— Regular attendance, active participation and therapeutic relationship (how good of a fit your therapist is for you).

Your appointment time is held specifically for you. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must contact Elevated Life Counseling or your therapist directly either through email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to cancel prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a the full session fee based on your clinician’s rates (either $120 or $170).

Yes, we currently provide Telehealth counseling services for Colorado residents that wish to do so. Joanna Rogers, MSW, LCSW also provides telehealth services for Arizona residents. We provide you with a HIPPA protected website for you to meet with your therapist during your designated appointment.

Something that the COVID-19 pandemic has taught us, is that counseling services can be at your fingertips in the comfort of your home. Telehealth can remove potential barriers to you receiving counseling services.
